Feed Your Spirit: A Podcast talking with ordinary people about those moments in life when God’s word gives you just what you need when you need it most. We all have those moments when we randomly open our bible and there it is – His words of faith, renewal, courage, patience, or a good ol’ dose of tough love fills us with what only He can give. Hosted by the 2 Scripture Sisters, Jill and Denise, this conversation-style podcast aims to share stories that will feed your spirit.

On today’s episode, we are talking with our dear friend Joe. Joe grew up as the oldest of 9 boys in a family where his father was emotionally and physically abusive. This led to 38 years of addiction to drugs and alcohol. Joe’s life was transformed by Jesus Christ when he went to the Colony of Mercy at America’s Keswick. It was during his time of recovery when Joe met our former guest, Cherri. Joe and Cherri are now spreading healing, hope, and bringing countless lost people to Christ. Joe is a certified Exchanged Life Counselor through Grace Fellowship International. He gives his testimony From Wreckage to Redemption frequently at churches and uses his gift of counseling with those struggling with addiction and with their families.

With the determination to consciously live in the word, we invite you to plug in and prepare your heart as we Feed Your Spirit with everyday stories of God’s grace from everyday people.
